What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmericanExpress. We'll be adding PayPal and Amazon Pay soon.

We're gradually building up our online catalog. If there's something you're looking for but don't see, either call us at 845-624-2224 or e-mail us at email@example.com and if we have the items available we'll find a way to make them orderable.
Once I've placed my order online, what next?
The confirmation screen and confirmation e-mail will give you detailed instructions. To sum up, you'll choose an available pickup time at checkout, and then your items will be ready for pickup in the given window of time. Drive to the Toy Wiz retail store at 347 West Rt 59, Nanuet, NY 10954 and park in the BACK of the building. Then call us at 845-624-2224 and a Toy Wiz staffer will bring your order out to your car.
Will it be possible for me to enter the store at all when I pick my order up?
Unfortunately, no. Under current COVID-19 restrictions the building itself must remain closed to the public, with no exceptions.
Do I need to wear a mask when I pick up my merchandise?
It's a good habit to wear a mask when you are out of your home, but not absolutely necessary as long as you are able to maintain six feet of distance at all times. If you are not wearing a mask, please open your trunk before calling for your pickup. A Toy Wiz staffer will put your order in your trunk to minimize contact.
What happens if I miss my pickup window?
We'll still get you your merchandise. Call the store and we'll arrange another pickup time.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order before picking it up?
Contact us via phone or e-mail and we'll cancel and refund your order.
